Submission
How to Submit
Submissions should be made via EasyChair. When submitting, please choose the track “FLHA 2026 – The 1st Workshop on Federated Learning in Healthcare Applications.”
Format and Anonymity
All submissions must follow the FLICS 2026 submission guidelines and use the conference template (A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings).
- Review style: single-blind, so author names and affiliations should appear in the paper. The registered author list cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
- Include keywords in the manuscript
Track Selection
Submission categories will be determined during the review process. Based on reviewers’ evaluations, each submission may be accepted as a full paper, short/position paper, or poster.
Originality
Submissions must be original work and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.
Camera-Ready
Camera-ready instructions and the final deadline will be shared with acceptance notifications. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to incorporate reviewer feedback and comply with the final formatting requirements.
Accepted workshop papers will appear in the main conference IEEE proceedings.
Presentation and Attendance
At least one author of each accepted contribution should register for FLICS 2026 and present the work at the workshop.
